Snapshots, lock multipliers, and delegation rules that turn $ADAO holdings into voting power.

Holding $ADAO gives you baseline power equal to your balance. Locking increases it, and snapshots make votes resistant to last-minute borrowing.

Mechanic	Behaviour
Snapshot	Balance is read at the block the vote opens
Lock multiplier	1.00x unlocked, up to 2.00x at 12 months (preview values)
Delegation	Assign power to another address; tokens never move
Re-delegation	Takes effect for votes opened after the change

These are preview parameters. Final values are ratified by the first governance vote.
