Proposal submission process
How curated projects request a USDC grant from the ArcDAO treasury, with required scope and milestones.
Grant proposals are submitted per epoch by curated projects. A proposal is a scope, an amount in USDC, and a milestone schedule.
Required fields
| Field | Requirement |
|---|---|
| Project | Must be a curated token |
| Amount | In USDC, with a breakdown by line item |
| Scope | What will be built or done with the grant |
| Milestones | At least two, each with a verifiable deliverable |
| Recipient | Arc address receiving milestone releases |
Lifecycle
- 1Draft is posted for discussion ahead of the epoch.
- 2Proposal is submitted onchain and enters Voting.
- 3Vote closes; quorum, then majority support, is checked.
- 4Passed proposals move to Execution and release against milestones.
Submissions open once the treasury is funded. Proposals shown on the governance page are examples that demonstrate the format.
