Voting on proposals
For/against voting, quorum, and milestone-based execution for ArcDAO treasury proposals.
Treasury proposals use the same voting weight as curation, with a stricter bar because they move real funds.

Statuses
- Voting — window is open and votes are being cast.
- Passed — quorum and majority met, awaiting execution.
- Rejected — quorum missed or majority against.
- Executed — funds released against the approved milestones.
